Design Your Menu

Customizing cuisine for our events is our specialty. It is our goal to work with every client to design the perfect menu to fit the vision and budget for every event. To do this we have different menu styles to help you design the cuisine for your event.

Step One

Choose your cocktail hour cuisine. We suggest selecting one display and two hand passed hors d’ouevres for a one hour cocktail reception. If you are planning a 90 minute cocktail reception, we suggest adding one more hand passed hors d’ouevres and include one of our stations.

Let’s choose your salad! All salads are accompanied with home baked focaccia, sweet Italian bread with infused sweet & savory butter.

Now is the time to choose your main entree for your menu!

Step Four

Your main course is never complete without two delicious. We suggest choosing a vegetable and starch. However, this is your menu, so you can choose whatever two sides you like best!

Let’s have a sweet ending to your event! Always choose a dessert to conclude your menu.
