To streamline the event production process, we have created a complete event planning experience which includes a three day experience for your guests (rehearsal dinner/welcome reception, wedding day & brunch). This over-arching guide ensures the planning process is inclusive, cost effective and you and your guests have a diverse experience exploring all the Verde Valley has to offer.
We start by exploring your vision for your overall event. Based on this discovery meeting, we will design a customized planning process that will include venue selection, cuisine customization, vendor team hiring, event design, logistics coordination and execution of your event.
We work with large network of seasoned, professional vendor partners with whom we have planned over 200+ weddings. This exceptional experience allows us to create a unique experience that is customized just for you.
