  • Short Rib Slider Station – Slow roasted short rib, smothered in your choice of blueberry or peach Serrano BBQ sauce and Fresh Rolls.

  • Brisket Sliders Slow Roasted Brisket with Blueberry BBQ sauce.

  • Pork Slider Station Slow roasted seasoned pork served with butter buns.

  • Pizza Buffet Station – Includes your choice of a variety of Chef Jon Paul’s signature pizzas | Cheese | Deluxe | Pepperoni | Alfredo | Meat Lovers | Veggie

  • Build Your Own Pizza Choose From the Following: Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Cappacuolo (spicy ham), Portobella Mushrooms, Yellow Onions, Red Onions, Mini Bell Peppers, Roasted Red Peppers, Banana Peppers

  • Potato Bar Station – Baked and sweet potato bar accompanied with sour cream, butter, bacon, shredded cheese, brown sugar and chives

  • Street Taco Station – Includes beef, chicken and vegetarian tacos accompanied with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and shredded cheese

  • Carnitas Tacos Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder marinated in Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Shallots and Pineapple

  • Fajita Station Flour/Corn Tortilla, Chicken with fajita vegetables (Onions and peppers) accompanied with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole.

  • Nashville Hot Chicken Supreme Chicken Breast breaded in our homemade Nashville Hot batter and baked to perfection. Then smothered in our rich and creamy Gruyere, Parmesan, and Asiago cheese sauce enhanced with artichoke, spinach, shallots and garlic.

  • Chicken Slider Staton Grilled Chicken Breast Marinated in our homemade Peach Serrano BBQ Sauce accompanied with Fresh Rolls
