Salads & Sides

  • Chopped Salad-GF A chopped salad has bite-sized pieces of assorted greens, such as romaine, iceberg or other leafy green varieties. Fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers are often included, as well as cheese. Served with Lemon Balsamic Salad Dressing.

  • Autumn Salad Spring Mix, Red Beets, Butternut Squash, Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Red Onion, Walnuts, Gorgonzola, Pomegranate seeds, With Red Wine Vinaigrette.
  • Chow Mien Noodles Chinese noodles stir fried with Cabbage, Carrots and Bean Sprouts.
  • Southwestern Salad Hand Selected Baby Spring Greens and Romaine, Embellished with Southwestern Corn, Black Beans,Cucumbers, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shredded Mexican Cheese, Crispy Tortilla Strips and finished with a Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
  • Classic Mac and Cheese with a Twist Cavatappi Pasta done to perfection, smothered in Four Cheeses and dusted with Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Southwestern Caesar Salad Hand Selected Baby Spring Greens and Romaine, Embellished with Southwestern Corn, Black Beans, Cucumbers, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shredded Mexican Cheese, Crispy Tortilla Strips finished with Chipotle Ranch Dressing

  • Italian Garden Salad Mixed Greens with Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Sliced Pepper Rings and Olives. Served with Chef Jon Paul’s Signature Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Chinese Sausage Fried Rice Sweet Chinese Sausage, Onion, Scrambled Eggs, Peas blended with White Rice, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and Seasonings.
  • Kale and Quinoa Salad Chopped Kale mixed with Quinoa, Dried Fruit, Nuts and Feta Cheese. Tossed with a Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing.
  • Mediterranean Vegetables-GF Zucchini & Asparagus seasoned in Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Garlic and roasted to perfection
  • Loaded Back Potato Bake Potato with Sour Cream Butter and Chives
  • Pear Gorgonzola Salad Spring Mix, Pear, Gorgonzola, Candied Walnut Salad with Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Pomegranate, Gruyere and Grape Salad Fresh Pomegranate Seeds, Gruyere and Micro Cubes of Gruyere tossed with Mixed Greens and drizzled with a Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • POP Roasted Small Colored Potatoes, sautéed in Shallots and Italian Peppers infused with Olive Oil, Garlic and dusted with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Basil.
  • Rice Pilaf Long Grain Rice with Vermicelli Noodles lightly seasoned and embellished with Almonds, Gold and Black Raisins, Petite Peas, Fresh Parsley and Lemon Juice
